
Alyssa Snow
Alyssa earned her Master of Occupational Therapy degree from University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences in San Marcos, California. Prior to that, she received her Bachelor of Science degree from Oregon State University. She has worked with children since her early teenage years and has specialized in pediatric occupational therapy since 2019.
Alyssa founded Little Hands Therapy with the vision of creating a multidisciplinary and holistic approach to pediatric therapy services. She is passionate about providing collaborative, family-centered care that supports the whole child and brings multiple therapy disciplines together to help children thrive.
Alyssa is a Certified Sensory Integration Practitioner through the USC Chan Sensory Integration Program and is also a Certified Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist. She is passionate about continuing education and regularly pursues advanced training in pediatric-focused areas. In addition to her specialties, Alyssa has completed training in Tethered Oral Tissues, Primitive Reflex Integration, Pediatric Feeding and Swallowing Disorders, Anxious Eaters and Anxious Mealtimes, the DIR/Floortime approach, Zones of Regulation, and Handwriting Without Tears.
She has experience working with individuals from infancy through young adulthood across a variety of settings. Her background includes early intervention services providing in-home care for children ages 0–3, outpatient pediatric therapy for infants through adolescents, and school-based therapy services for students in kindergarten through 8th grade.
Outside of work, Alyssa enjoys spending time with friends and family, hiking, and playing with her dog, Jackson.
